It felt like just yesterday I was looking forward to the New Year and now the month is almost over! It took me a while to get down my Christmas tree too (ummm like Jan 10 😐).
I don’t make any New Year resolutions, but I did make a promise to myself that this year will be MY year. I will no longer leave things to “fate” or “destiny”. I need to make decisions and work hard to get what I want. It will take a little more time to get it…but one step at a time….right?
I do exercise regularly, but the winters make me want to stay indoors, so I did try to push myself to go to the gym and eat healthy too…next month will do better!
My husband and I also did a double feature for the first time in our lives. Now, many may wonder why would that be a big deal! Try watching a Bollywood movie that is two and half hours long each…big achievement right?! (ha ha).
I started to learn to sketch and still having fun with it…I plan on posting my next sketch soon. Read a mystery novel from James Patterson, I seem to like all of his books.
My husband tried to teach me to play chess, since he is very good at it. Sadly, it didn’t work out well for me…yet. If he gives up on me, I don’t think I’ll ever be able to learn to play it.
And the best for the last… I started this BLOG!!! I must say starting my own blog seems like an achievement, it got me to know so many other awesome bloggers. I enjoy new blogs every day and also happy that people took time to read my blog and comment on it too…J

I also started my blog this month too and i was planning to write a similar post on my blog today and that is what i told my self this year too that i wanted it to be my year and my favorite season is fall too . well, wow we seem to have a lot in common , any ways great post and i love the positive vibes and the way you write and i hope we both have a productive February ., maybe we should set a goal together for February , have a nice day .
