Walked on the treadmill for 67 mins , speed 2.8 with incline of 9
Distance: 3.1 miles
Calories : 642

Thursday – Rest Day

Friday – Sick Day

Saturday
Walked on the treadmill for 65 mins , speed 2.8 with incline of 9
Distance: 3 miles
Calories : 621

  1. Hi you! First things first are you still feeling good? I am very proud of you. You are going to be a very very happy and fit lady. Mind you, your mind body needs 30 days to get adjust to a new habbit/lifestyle. 23 days legt to go mama.
