WORKOUT SUMMARY – WEEK 3!

This week I planned to get back to running, but my ankle was a little sore from all the walking on the treadmill with an incline of 9.5. We also had just 2 good sunny days and the rest were all heavy rains.

Sunday:

walked for 4 miles for 65 mins

calories: 350

Tuesday:

I used to be able to run a 10k. I wanted to start slow. I ran 1 mile and 0.3 miles walked on a incline.

25 mins                     Speed 4.6 with incline of 1
1.3 miles
Calories : 207

Saturday
walked again for 4 miles for 65 mins
calories : 350
