I combined last week and this week, mainly because week 4 I didn’t workout even a single day. I wasn’t lazy… it’s just that I was unwell and was feeling anxious few days.
Week 5 :
69 mins Speed 2.9 with incline of 9.5
Calories : 670
I also run in between at least for a mile.
63 mins Speed 2.8 with incline of 9.5
Calories : 635
Again ran for a mile.
walked 2 miles. Couldn’t do much since it’s still cold here and rains almost everyday!
